Description of Barcode Scanner
Barcode Scanner is an Android app that can convert your smartphone into a scanner to read barcodes and QR codes. If you're looking for an app like this you're in luck, as Barcode Scanner is an easy-to-use and effective option.
The way Barcode Scanner works is very simple: just open the app and hover the frame over the code you want to scan. The app uses your smartphone's camera – either the front or the back one – to view the code. You can also turn on the light by tapping a button if you need a bit more light.
When Barcode Scanner finishes scanning the barcode you can search it online straight from the app, as well as copy it to share. In addition, in the case of QR codes that redirect to a webpage, you can open the URL right in a browser tab on your smartphone.
Barcode Scanner is, in short, a very recommendable QR and bar code scanner for Android that boasts both a smooth design and smooth operation.
