Description of Cardboard
Cardboard is a Google-developed app that lets you enjoy different virtual reality experiences on your Android. All you need for this is, of course, some virtual reality 'glasses' made of cardboard.
In Cardboard, you can find various demos to try it out. One of the best ones lets you fly over the earth, thanks to Google Earth (which you also need to have installed). Other demos let you take a guided tour of Versailles or get a closer look at various museum pieces.
Cardboard is an essential app for anyone who's constructed their own virtual reality device. The experience isn't perfect by far, but it's definitely worth trying out.
