Down Dog

Down Dog is an app to help you learn yoga using just your Android device. From the options menu you can choose the length of your class, the type of flow you want to practice, and the music you want to listen to. That way you can build a completely customized experience just for you.

Once your yoga session starts, you don't need to touch the screen at all. You can jump ahead in the class and ignore some exercises if you want, but ideally you'll let the entire video play uninterrupted while it guides you through the class. That way you can enjoy the full yoga experience.

Down Dog is an excellent yoga app that features visual and audio support, making your yoga sessions easier to follow. Just place your Android device where you can comfortably see the screen, and begin your personalized class.
