Endless Nightmare: Weird Hospital is a first-person horror game where you control a police officer, James, who wakes up in an abandoned hospital full of horrors. Your goal is to escape from this cursed place, trying to stop those responsible in the process. Your goal won't be easy at all.

The controls in Endless Nightmare: Weird Hospital are very intuitive. You can move your character with your left thumb and move the camera with your right. On the right are also the buttons for aiming, shooting, and reloading your weapon. To interact with any element in the setting, all you have to do is tap on it. By doing this, you can open doors, pick up objects from the floor and even kill any enemy you catch unawares.

The adventure will begin with James, your protagonist, as he gets off a chair after being a victim of some kind of experiment. After a few beats of confusion, you can grab a knife and a gun so you can start defending yourself against all the horrors that plague the hospital. You will have to explore every floor in the building, looking for keys, key cards, and other objects that will let you progress.

At the beginning of the game, your character doesn't have any special ability, but as you progress through the story, you can unlock new skills in a way similar to role-playing games. Like this, the game incorporates an extra strategy element, as you have to decide which skills you want to focus on. Similarly, you can fashion new weapons and ammo out of the pieces you find around the settings.
