Gojek

Gojek is a transportation app that's specifically designed for Indonesia. Its fleet comprises over 200,000 drivers (including: motorcycles, cars and trucks). This app works seamlessly in over 20 different Indonesian cities: Medan, Batam, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Jambi, Padang, Bandar Lampung, Jabodetabek, Bandung, Sukabumi, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Solo, Surabaya, Gresik, Malang, Sidoarjo, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Pontianak, Banjarmasin, Manado, Makassar and Denpasar.

Not far off from Uber, this app's main difference is that instead of focusing solely on getting you where you need to go by car, it'll also take you there via truck or motorcycle. Otherwise, it works pretty much the same as Uber. Straight from the app's main interface you'll find the option to hail a ride and pay for it. Simple as that. Plus, it'll also deliver your meals, shop for you, and you can even buy mobile phone credit right from the app. Convenient, right?

Gojek is an outstanding transportation app for anyone residing in or visiting Indonesia. Thanks to Gojek making your way around Indonesia is now easier than ever.
