Description of Mootiv
Need a little help getting off the couch? Looking for ways to improve your fitness? Now you can enjoy a personal trainer right from your Android device. With Mootiv you can discover all kinds of exercises specifically designed to tone each muscle group, and you don't even need to leave your house to do them.
From the main menu you’ll find a selection of training plans. Most of these are free but you can easily access the others through the premium package. Exercise as and when you please and save your progress along the way, so that you can keep track of how well you’re doing. There are even a set of routines designed for COVID-19 home confinement.
Mootiv helpfully illustrates all the exercises using visual demonstrations. You can select from a variety of options, like whether you’re using a machine or if you just want a routine that uses your own bodyweight. If you're housebound, just adapt the training to incorporate materials you have at home!
With Mootiv there’s no excuse for being inactive. With a large number of exercise routines and clear instructions for each movement, you’ll be able to get into great shape even if you can’t go to the gym.
