In NOAA Weather Radar's settings you can change the units of measurement and choose the view you want. The app uses the radar view by default, but you can also choose the satellite or rain view.
You can save a location to the app's memory at any time. To access your saved locations just click on them in the bookmarks tab. This feature lets you quickly check on the weather in several different locations.
