Nooddle App

If you like cooking and eating healthily, then Nooddle App is the perfect app for you. You can find a wide variety of recipes that will save you a lot of time and trouble.

To get the most out of this app, you can create an account or sign in with your Facebook account. After this, you'll have to answer a series of questions that will help the app suggest recipes you'll like the most. For example, you'll have to say whether you are intolerant to anything, have any allergies, or do or don't like a certain food, and then you won't be shown recipes that include this particular food or ingredient.

One part of the app is the partners, six people who work in the food industry and provide this app with healthy recipes and dietary advice. You can find Silvia Zaragoza or Vegabonara, among others. You can also access these professionals' web pages and social media via the app. The recipes are organized into categories: rice, meat, soups and stews, vegetables, casseroles, pizzas, desserts and even 20-minutes-or-less meals. Each recipe specifies the time and difficulty. You can also see the ingredients and cooking steps.

Lastly, the app's most useful feature is that you can enter the food you have at home to get recipes containing these ingredients. Now there's no excuse not to cook! Nooddle App is a very useful tool for healthy eating.
