Skype

that lets you make phone calls to any place in the world from your Android phone or tablet.

The first time you launch the app, you'll receive twenty cents on your account. With this amount, you can start making calls to cellphones as well as to landlines. You just have to dial the number you want to call, and in seconds you'll be chatting away.

Among the features included on WePhone, you'll find the option to record your phone calls and save them to your device's memory. These recordings can also be sent via email or even saved directly to your desktop computer.
