Description of Woebot
Woebot is an artificial intelligence that talks to you and uses tools based on cognitive-behavioral therapy to help you with whatever you may be going through. With this tool, you can try to reduce your stress level and, in general, feel a little happier.
The way Woebot works is very similar to a typical chat in real time. Woebot starts talking and carries almost the entire weight of the conversation, letting you respond simply by choosing one of the available options. That said, sometimes you can type more detailed answers.
The idea is to keep the conversation flowing. Five minutes a day over a couple of weeks is more than enough time for Woebot to get to know you and really try to help. In any case, it's important to keep in mind that some problems aren't so easy to solve.
Woebot is a very useful app, thanks to which you'll always have 'someone' to tell your problems to. It's true that this 'someone' is just an artificial intelligence, but this also makes talking about your problems on your Android easier and more private. And who knows? Maybe all you need to get out of a rut is the chance to talk about it.
